Greetings readers!
I was tagged by the incredible Kyera @ Kyera’s Library in this super cool tag that she came up with herself. The Bookish M.A.S.H. Tag!! I haven’t played a round of M.A.S.H. in a very long, long time. I used to play all the time in middle school, especially during indoor recess when there was nothing better to do! It was a game that predicted the future, who wouldn’t want to take a chance at it!
Kyera created a Bookish version that basically creates a YA story with you as the centre of the universe! Seriously this was so much fun to do and Kyera is the brilliant brain behind it! If you do not already follow her, you definitely should she is amazing, kind and a great blogger!
THE RULES:
- Link back to my original post on Kyera’s Library so I can see all your answers! (Be sure to do this via pingback, I don’t get notified if you just tag my URL)
- Thank the person(s) who tagged you… show the community some love!
- Obviously, come up with your wonderful answers!
- Don’t forget to tag others to keep the tag going!
My M.A.S.H. Options: I decided to change up the answers for my M.A.S.H. and stayed true to the two good options and two bad options!
My magic number is: 7
(In my version of M.A.S.H. you ask a friend to draw a series of lines until you tell them to stop without looking. However many lines there is how long you count for! You can honestly just pick a random number!)

My Story:
Coming soon to a book store near you, the next big contemporary novel that will have you crying after the first page.
Rendz didn’t realize her parents were evil until she witnessed their greatest crime. Raised as an assassin with only her pet snake to keep her company she walks out of her home longing for a quieter life in the famed city of Ketterdam. Rendz and her best friend Linh Cinder take on a new life in a mansion that Rendz drew to life from the rubble. Little did she know that her new beginning in this dark city would lead to her face-off with her cruel neighbour, the Commandant. Tears will fall. People will die. Rendz will love a boy named Joseph Sandrin, but betrayed by his infidelity, she will once again have to begin a new life.
Critically acclaimed, with ten starred reviews, Rendz’s story is one of heartbreak, love, falling out of love and finding the courage to live as an assassin in a contemporary setting…which is totally possible, right?
Wow. 5 stars right there, am I right?

Let me know what you think! Would you read this “contemporary” story? Have you ever played M.A.S.H.? Would you want to write an autobiographical YA story about yourself?
Happy reading!

Bahaha this is amazing, but what is your snake’s name?! The readers want to know! Or at least I do…

AHHH How could I forget!!! It’s supposed to be Sweetheart (like Katharine’s) but knowing me I’d probably name it something like Snakey or Viper. XD

I would also like to put Bitey on the table for consideration. Although if it just happens to be an albino milksnake I recommend creamsicle.

Ummmm….I love creamsicle. That wins.

Easiest five crowns I would give a book. Omigosh, that sounds like such an odd assortment…for a contemporary novel. Can you just imagine? XD I am dead. I loved how it was set in Ketterdam and Cinder is your bestie (not sure how cyborgs go in contemporary but she is epic so it works???). Poor you for Joseph since he doesn’t sound the greatest? D: And I love how you’re just like, PEOPLE WILL DIE. This was brilliant, Rendz!!! I loved it dearly.

Thank you, thank you, thank you. Your five crowns are the biggest compliment I have gotten yet! This would be a very weird contemporary book but its my life 🙃 As for Joseph… And the people dying thing…well…I am an assassin for a reason 🙃🙃🙃 I’m glad you liked this!

Ahahahaha I just kind of really want to read this now. XD But true, since you are an assassin, I guess anything just happens for you? XD

Ahhh what a fun tag!!! I’d definitely read that story except that it seems a bit weird for a contemporary novel XD sorry that Joseph ends up kinda breaking your heart/betraying you but I don’t really like him anyways and I think you’d deserve better! Oh and thanks for tagging me ❤

Thanks Jackie!! This is a mighty odd book but MASH is a master story teller with a twist 😉 As for Joseph meh, I know I can do wayyyyyy better than him. I can’t wait to read your answers 🤗

Hahaha I love your story, Rendz! Definitely 5 stars worthy (although a bit tragic, isn’t it? xD) I hope you do end up finding your true love after such betrayal… YOU DON’T DESERVE THIS SORT OF TREATMENT!!
Anyway, this sounds soooo much fun so thank you so much for tagging me! 😀 I’ll try to do it ASAP (though my ASAP is kind of long? I hope to get it done sometime in the future though xD)

Thanks, Sophie! Your five stars are much appreciated!! (I’m okay with little tragedy 😉 ) My true love is def not Joseph Sandrin…so I still have a chance!
I look forward to seeing your MASH story soon(ish)!
