Let me tell you. I wrote a Calculus exam today and well I did my best, the best I possibly could. After three hours I was fried but I at least got to each question.

I won’t bore you with that story though.

But just so you can pity me more…I had written three other exams before this one so sleep was a very small factor in my life.

YOU KNOW WHAT ELSE WAS A SMALL FACTOR IN MY LIFE……READING.

I READ NOTHING FOR THE PAST WEEK.

I FEEL SO DEPRIVED!

But as soon as I got home today, I went to my shelf saw all my books and then I received book mail! A new ARC that I cannot wait to read!

WHILE I DIDN’T READ, I BOUGHT A LOT OF BOOKS.

More on that in my wrap-up.

Anyways.

I have many, many things to do for blog.

I just went hopping through some old posts to see what I have missed these past couple of days.

I have reviews to write, books to read…a giveaway…..soon.

I have big posts planned for July in honour of Canada 150!

I feel like being very patriotic.

And of course my TBRs are huge and I cannot wait to get to them all!

There is the Cinder buddy read happening which I have been anticipating for months on end! And I have a lot of Net Galley reads to devour!

I’m soooooo ready for this summer. Guys, I’m so ready.

Happy reading!

  1. Welcome back! That calculus test sounds rough. I don’t math well so I couldn’t really tell you what calculus is exactly. 🙂 I took a month off my college courses just to take a break and read. It’s been so nice but I’m dreading having to start back up again next month. Happy Reading is always a great reward for the hard work you’ve put in!

      1. Ooh! The Hundredth Queen is amazing!! I love Emily too! I see her often since she is local and she attended our book club meeting last week because we read her book!

  2. First of all: BIG congratulations on completing the first milestone in your academic career! For me, high school is perhaps the hardest part of education because from here on out, your future and academic prospects are all up to you! 🙂
I recently graduated from University and, just like you, while I have read very little, I somehow managed to add limitless quantities of books to my ever increasing TBR pile as well as buy several new releases (thanks to my mom’s credit card, lol).
I look forward to reading more from you soon!
    Happy Summer Reading ! 🙂
